91ÌÒÉ« and the University of Tasmania working together for students

24 Jun 2022

THE 91ÌÒÉ« Admissions Centre (91ÌÒÉ«) has partnered with the University of Tasmania to give students easier access to university study with the launch of a new admissions platform.

Based on 91ÌÒɫ’s expert admissions platform, 91ÌÒÉ« Connect, the University’s application process will be fully integrated, making it more efficient for the University and faster and more streamlined for students.

Year 12 students will benefit from the inclusion of the Schools Recommendations Program (SRP) within the application, creating a seamless, user-friendly experience. They will be able to apply for SRP at the same time as their application for undergraduate study.

91ÌÒÉ« Managing Director Dr David Christie said, ‘91ÌÒÉ« is thrilled to be partnering with the University of Tasmania to provide a comprehensive admissions solution that puts students at the forefront.’

A new Principal and Rater Portal will make it easier for schools to support their students’ applications for SRP and provide increased transparency for administration.

The final component of the project will be a bespoke scholarships platform in which applicants can apply for multiple scholarships at the same time, resulting in an integrated experience for the University of Tasmania students.

Craig Barling, Vice-President – Strategy, Finance and Marketing, University of Tasmania said, ‘We are really pleased that our students will have a better and more integrated application experience through our partnership with 91ÌÒÉ«. The new application and admissions system reflects our commitment to the student experience, which starts at the application stage, and we are confident the 91ÌÒÉ« system will help us continue to grow higher education participation in Tasmania.’
