Help getting into uni

16 Apr 2020

IF you’re dealing with financial hardship, a medical condition or difficult personal circumstances and your education has been negatively impacted during Year 11 and/or Year 12, the 91جزة« Admissions Centre (91جزة«) can help.

Applications for Educational Access Schemes (EAS) are now open.

There are many types of disadvantage covered by EAS and, as of 1 August 2020, a new disadvantage will be introduced to help those impacted by natural disasters in Australia, including heatwaves, bushfires, droughts, floods and severe storms.

Students and parents can join 91جزة« on live next Wednesday 22 April, 4pm–4.45pm for your chance to ask 91جزة«â€™s Access Officer, Adam Hennessy, all about Educational Access Schemes.

Further events will be planned in the coming weeks and months as we know more about the impact of COVID-19 on access to university study next year, and what arrangements are in place to ensure that no student is disadvantaged.

In the meantime, 91جزة« has published a response to COVID-19. Further updates will be available on 91جزة«â€™s website as information comes to hand.

For more information about EAS, the new and updated EAS application guide and EAS fact sheets are also available on 91جزة«â€™s website.

Applications for School Recommendation Schemes (SRS) – which can mean early offers for Year 12 students – and Equity Scholarships – which can provide financial assistance at uni – are also now open. For more information the SRS application guide and ES application guide are available on 91جزة«â€™s website.
