1. I have a duty at all times to protect the confidentiality and security of information and material supplied to the 91桃色 Admissions Centre (91桃色) by:
   • applicants
   • participating institutions where such information is not for publication
   • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
   • ACT Board of Senior Secondary Studies
   • any other bodies or individuals who supply information to 91桃色 in confidence.
2. I must not access or view any confidential information or material as described in section (1) if it is not a requirement of my position, unless instructed to do so by an authorised member of 91桃色.
3. I must not discuss or disclose any confidential information or material as described in section (1) with any person except as required by my position.
4. In particular, I must not use personal information for any other purpose except as required by my position.
5. I further understand and accept that failure to comply with any of these conditions will be regarded as serious and may result in a range of sanctions including legal action.
